Updated PZCalc

Several new changes were added to the PZCalc for Palm that has increased it's usability as the most popular financial calculator available. A simpler menu system allows the user to easily select the different calculations.

Now, you the mortgage payment calculation include taxes and insurance in the single form so you can estimate the total payment, principal, interest, taxes, and insurance.

The ARM vs. FRM was modified so that you can compare a variable term ARM such as a 5/1 or 7/1 in addition to the fixed terms. These types of mortgages are enjoying popularity across the US because they fix the payment for five or seven years and then, adjust each one year after that.
