The power of e-Marketing is that there is no postage, no printing, no delay in delivery, an opportunity for immediate response and global exposure. It is a great way to increase productivity without increasing expenses.

To maximize this advantage, you need a library of frequently used messages that can be accessed when needed. The convenience of having the message ready to use and the ability to personalize it will cause you to prospect much more often.

Create a User Defined Form
  1. To create a new User Defined Form, begin with a new message
  1. After the message is composed, click on the menu item File - Save As
  2. Give the file a name and then click on the list box entitled "Save as type" and choose Outlook Template

Send a User Defined Form

  1. In the Choose Form window, click on the drop-down list in the "Look in" list box and select User Templates in File System
